Q. How do I handle the seasons of participation in (Sec. 5) on the Michigan eligibility form?
Due to the manner in which Schedule Star handles the Michigan Master Eligibility List, the characters 6,7, and 8 must be used to specify semesters of participation.

Note: It is easiest to think of your semesters of participation this way: 6=first semester only, 7=both semesters, 8=second semester only. This information will be entered in the "seasons" boxes, indicated by the red cursor arrow in the image below.

If a (6) is entered into the seasons box indicated by the red cursor arrow to the left, a (1) will appear in the "first semesters" portion of section five of the eligibility form (appearing in the red box below).
If a (7) is entered into the seasons box indicated by the red cursor arrow to the left, a (1) will appear in both the "first semesters" and "second semesters" of section five of the eligibility form (appearing in the red box below).
If an (8) is entered into the seasons box indicated by the red cursor arrow to the left, a (1) will appear in the "second semesters" portion of section five of the eligibility form (appearing in the red box below).

In the example shown here, notice that there is a (4) in the red-outlined "first semesters" box at left next to the student Omar Vizquel.

 
This is because there is a (6) entered in each of the "seasons" boxes in the above image.
 

To print out the Michigan Master Eligibility List...

1. Click on the TEAMS button.

2. Select a team.

3. Click on TEAM REPORTS and select ELIGIBILITY.

4. Click PRINT.
