Blocks

You can prevent the assignment of specific officials to sporting events involving a particular opponent using the Blocks feature. Select the opponent from whose events you want to block officials, then click the Blocks button to open the Official Blocks screen.

This screen is similar to the Official Assignment screen. On the left is a list of all the officials entered in your Officials Directory. On the right is a list of officials already blocked from this opponent's events, if any.

Click to highlight the name of the official you wish to block, then click the Block button. The official's name is moved to the list of blocked officials on the right. Click Done to save and exit. Once blocked, that official's name will not appear as an option when assigning officials to a sporting event involving this opponent. To remove the block, click on the official's name in the blocked list, then click Allow.

The other buttons on this screen are shortcuts. The Officials button above the list of officials opens the Officials Directory. Clicking the Official's Notes button below the list opens the Notes field for the highlighted official. Information typed here will be saved to the Notes field in the Official's Directory for this official.
