To add a student to the currently selected team, click the Add button. This opens a list of your students. Click on the alphabetical tabs across the top to move to the first letter of the student's last name. Highlight the student you wish to add and click the Add button. A Player window will appear where you can enter additional information about the student or designate the student as the team captain or a team manager.
Although filling in this additional information is optional, the Seasons boxes may be required to print your state's eligibility forms for your teams (see state-specific instructions under "Eligibility Reports" later in this section).
At this point we recommend you turn to "Eligibility Reports" later in this section and read the instructions for printing your state's eligibility forms. These instructions will tell you exactly what information you need to enter on the Player screen to properly fill out your state's eligibility report.
Additionally, many of these items appear on certain Team Reports, and the Award information is required for printing certificates. You may wish to skip ahead and read 'Season and Team Reports' later in this section and "Award Certificates" in the Printing section to determine what information you need to enter to take advantage of these printing features.
If you choose to not enter any of this information right away, you can always come back and fill it in later using the Modify button (see 'Editing Player Information' later in this section).
When you have finished entering information about that player, click on Done to continue adding students on the Add Participants screen. A list of the students you have added to the team will show in the right box. Click Done when you have added the names. You can add or remove students from the teams at any time throughout the season.
