This button accesses the directories of graduated students that were archived in the Alumni List by the Year Update tool (see "Semester Updates" later in this section).
Select a school year by using the pull down buttons. The alumni from that school year will show in the box. This directory works much like the Student Directory (see "Students" under Information Databases).
Click Done to return to the Utilities menu.
