Assigning coaching staff to a team works almost the same way as adding players. From the Athlete Information Center, click on the Coaches button. This opens the Coaching Staff screen.
Like the Athlete Information Center, this screen displays a list of coaches for the current team, or displays the message "No coaching staff found" if none have been assigned.
