Eligibility Reports

Once you have created teams and entered eligibility information for your athletes, Schedule Star can print detailed eligibility reports. Your state's contract set, if available, includes your state's standardized eligibility form, allowing Schedule Star to generate properly completed eligibility reports on your state's form.

Because eligibility forms vary widely from state to state, the instructions for using Schedule Star to generate your state eligibility report differs according to what information your state requires. What follows are general instructions for all states, followed by additional state-by-state instructions for states that do have a standardized form.

Schedule Star currently supports eligibility forms from Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
