All seven directories display a similar window when opened. At the top of each directory screen is a box containing a list of all the records in the directory. To the right of the list are buttons for editing the directory. These and other buttons vary slightly for each directory.

Below this list are the fields that hold all of the information for each record in the directory. This is where you will enter addresses, phone numbers, and other data. These fields may vary for each directory.

You can click the Done button at any time to exit any directory and return to the main calendar screen. Even if you are in the middle of typing information into the fields, clicking Done will save your work before exiting, or ask you if you want to exit without saving.
