At the close of any sports season, you may need to reset eligibility information for all student athletes. The Season Update tool allows you to reset each eligibility flag in the Student Directory for ALL students.
Warning: The changes made to your student database by these updates are very difficult and time-consuming to undo. Should these updates be done incorrectly, you will need to contact Schedule Star's Customer Service at 740-633-8804 to see if the changes can be undone for you.
Clicking the Season Updates button in the Utilities Menu displays a screen with all of the eligibility flag names and the two user-defined eligibility fields.

Clicking the Reset to No button will set the eligibility setting to No in the Student Directory for ALL students.
Clicking the Reset to Yes button will set the eligibility setting to Yes in the Student Directory for ALL students.
Once you have clicked on a button, you will a get red box letting you know that the process is complete. Then, you can click on the next flag that you need to reset.

The three eligibility buttons of Physical, Academic, and Other must be set to Yes for a student to print on your state's eligibility form.
The other eligibility flags are for your internal use.
