Clicking the Students button in the Information Manager opens the Students Directory screen.
This database holds information about your student body. Schedule Star Now! draws on this directory for building teams, generating eligibility reports, and performing other functions.
Please Note: The three eligibility buttons of Physical, Academic, and Other must be set to "Yes" for a student to print on your state's eligibility form. You can set these buttons to "Yes" for all of your students or to "No" for all of your students by clicking on Utilities, then Season Updates. Please refer to Season Updates in the Utilities section for a complete explanation.
The six checkboxes in the lower left corner of the Student Directory are Student Eligibility Flags. These flags are fully customizable. You can activate or deactivate these flags or change their names. See the Utilities Menu section for full instructions.
Medical/Insurance, Contacts, Fees, Injuries, Teachers/Classes and Student History are unique to this directory...
