The Tourney feature is useful for multiple-opponent events such as tri-meets and tournaments.
To use the Tourney feature, first enter the gender, level, and sport on the Add Event screen, leaving the opponent blank. Click to put a check in the Tourney checkbox below the opponent field. Click into the Event Title field to the right and type a name for the tournament. You can also click on the pull down to choose an existing Event Name.
Please note: if your tournament is more than one day, you need to give each day a different name, e.g. Nike Tournament Day 1, Nike Tournament Day 2.
Clicking on the Participants button will open a new window with a list of opponent teams on the left.
To add an opponent to the tournament, click on the opponent's name in the list, then click the Add button. The opponent will appear in the Participants list on the right. To delete a team from the Participants list, click on the team name and click the Remove button. Click Done when finished.
Please Note: In order for Opponent and Official's Contracts to print, participants MUST be added.
