When you use the Game Wizard to set defaults for all of your teams, those defaults will be set when you associate the level with your Varsity teams.
For example, if you set facilities and transportation defaults for your Freshman team, then associate the Freshman team with the Varsity team (see the next section, Associating teams), those facilities and transportation will automatically be scheduled when you schedule the Varsity team.
To begin, chose your Gender, Level, and Sport.
Next, set your "If Home" defaults. Chose the Facility where that team usually plays, including usual start and end time. Add an early dismissal time, if necessary.
If you usually need Transportation for your home games, add that here, also.
Then, set your "If Away" defaults. Chose the transportation provider that you usually use, including depart and return time. Add an early dismissal time, if you choose. If you schedule a Facility for your away games, you can set that here, also.
When entering a lower level team, you are finished. Click on Save to save your entry.
