After you have set defaults for your lower level teams, you are are ready to add your Varsity Teams.
Choose your Gender, Varsity, and Sport, then set the "If Home" and "If Away" defaults as you did with your lower level teams.
At the bottom of the page, below "SCHEDULE THE FOLLOWING GAMES:", choose
"Either Home or Away", "If Home", or "If Away".
Add your Gender, Level, and Sport.
For time, use the time that the team usually plays. For example, If your Varsity plays at 5pm and your JV plays at 3:30pm, put in 3:30 as the time.
For day, click on the arrow to see your options. If your team plays on the same day, click on Same. If your team plays on a day before or after your Varsity, click on your choice. For example, if your Varsity plays on Friday and your JV plays on Thursday, you would choose Previous, then check Thursday. If your Freshman play the following Monday, you would choose Next, then check Monday.
If the team usually plays at the opposite place, put a check in the box. For example, if your Boys play at Home and your Girls play Away, you would put a check in Opposite Place for the Girls.
When you are finished, click on Add. You must click on Add for the associated team to Save. If it does not show in the box on the right, it will not Save.
You can continue to associate teams with your Varsity. Click on Save when you are finished.
To edit or remove an associated team, click on the team name to highlight it, then click on Edit or Remove.
