To adjust the way your Neff certificates print, chose the certificate type and number, then click on Adjust.
The layout screen opens with the default fields in the default locations. On the left are the fields that do not print on this certificate. To save your new settings, click on Save Settings. To return to the default settings, click on Default Settings.
To change the location of a field, click on it so that the box outline turns red. Then, drag it with your mouse or use your arrow keys to position it. Always print your changes to plain paper and hold them upto a blank certificate to see if the results are what you expect.
To remove a field entirely, drag it into the box on the left side that says "These fields will not print".
To add a field from the "Do not Print" box, drag it to the position where you want it to print.
To change the size of the type in a box, click on it so it is outlined in red. At the top of the screen, it will say the name of the box your have chosen. To the the right is the option "Size". You can change the font size to be the size you need.
If you click "Bold", the font will NOT BE A SCRIPT FONT, it will be a regular font, but bolder.
If you have chosen the option of having the Athletic Director's or Principal's signature print instead of their name, you can increase the size of the signature by clicking on the box so it is outlined in red, then increasing the font size at the top of the screen.
If you click on "Group Gender, Level, & Sport", those three fields will become one field. This way, Sport, Level, and Gender will be exactly lined up.
Click Print to print your certificates. Click Cancel to return to the Team Reports field. Click Save Setting to save your current settings for this certificate. Click Default Settings to return to the Schedule Star default settings for this certificate.
