You can add a coach to a team by clicking on Add To a Team.

Chose the Year, Season, Gender, Level, and Sport from the dropdowns.
Enter a Role and Salary for the coach.
If you only assign one coach to a team, that coach will automatically appear in the Athlete Information Center as the head coach of the team. If you assign multiple coaches to a team, they will list in alphabetical order. The one with the highest salary will appear as the head coach. If you choose not to enter salary information, you can enter 1 to designate one of the coaches as the head coach. Do not use a dollar sign or decimal point. Give the Head Coach the highest salary and other coaches lower amounts so they will print in the order you want.
Please Note: Be sure to give each coach a role so the reports will print out properly.
The list shows all of the teams that the coach is assigned to. To delete from a team, highlight the team and click on Delete From a Team.
If you need to modify the coach's information, go to Teams on the main screen and chose the team. Click on Coaches on the right, highlight the coach and click Modify.
This is also where you can enter notes about the coach, such as comments about an incident, or any other information you need to remember. You can use this information at evaluation time.
