SCHEDULE STAR TEAMS WITH STATMASTER.COM

We have entered into an agreement with Statmaster.Com that will let you
take your presentation of schedules, scores and statistics to the next level.

In the very near future, you will be able to post your schedules to both
HighSchoolSports.Net and Statmaster.Com with a single click of the mouse.

Check out StatMaster.Com at http://www.statmaster.com

Soon, you will have the option of posting rosters on the Internet with the
same ease that you post your schedules. We are taking "Schedule once, use
EVERYWHERE" to the next level.

This integration will save you even MORE time. It's a combination of the
best power tool for your desktop, and the best of the Web.

You will always be able to choose what is on the net, and what is not.
Extending your scheduling with Statmaster is entirely up to you. And it
won't interfere with what else you might be doing on the web.

Deciding to work with Statmaster.Com was not an easy task for us. We
chose very carefully, especially in light of the recent demise of some of
other High School "dotcom" companies. We are confident that StatMaster will
prevail as a long-term player.

DIRECTING REPORTS

Schedule Star can print reports to a variety of printers and files. The
choice of where they go is up to you.

When you click "Print" on the main calendar screen, the Print Reports
screen appears. The second item on that screen "Send to:", lets you choose
where to direct the report.

If you don't change any of the settings, the report will be sent to the
"default" printer (set in Windows). You can also send the report to your
screen for review, or to "Prompted", meaning that you manually select to
which printer the report will be sent.

One of the most useful options is printing the clipboard. Printing a report
to the Clipboard temporarily stores this information in your computer's
memory, while you select where to "paste" the report.

Need to email a report to the faculty? Print it to the Clipboard, then open
up your email program (Eudora, Outlook Express, etc.). Click into the body
of the email and click Edit, then Paste (or just press Ctrl-V). This will
place all of the text from the Schedule Star report into the body of the
email.

You can also use the print to Clipboard feature to transfer a report into a
word processor where you can manipulate the data and layout to make your
own customized report.

NOTE: The pasted text will keep the same general layout as the Schedule
Star report. We recommend highlighting the pasted text and switching it to
a monospaced font (such as Courier) for best results.

Another option is printing to an "Excel" spreadsheet file. You will need to
direct where the file is placed, and the file will contain a number of
extra fields, but all the information is there for you to manipulate as you
need it.

The "clipboard" feature is available only in the latest release of Version
4.1 (Build 4155). Users eligible for an upgrade may download an upgrade to
this build at:

THE REGISTER.TXT FILE

Schedule Star stores all of your school's information (name, address, phone
numbers, etc.) in a single file called register.txt. Whenever you print
reports, contracts, or eligibility forms, Schedule Star pulls this
information directly from the register.txt file. It also checks this file
every time you open Schedule Star to make sure you are fully registered.

Several of our client schools went through phone system or computer system
changes over the summer, resulting in new phone numbers, extensions, and
email addresses. An exceptionally large number of our client schools also
went through a change of Athletic Directors this year.

If you need to change any of the phone numbers or the email address as they
appear in Schedule Star, you may change them by directly editing the
register.txt.

However, you MAY NOT edit the Athletic Director's name or any other
information. Doing so will cause a security violation in the registration
file and lock you out of Schedule Star.

Follow this link to our home page for instructions on changing the phone
numbers and email:

http://www.schedulestar.com/FAQ/faq001.htm

This information also appears in the User's Guide beginning on page 120.

Remember, DO NOT attempt to change the Athletic Director's name or any
other information except the phone numbers and email. If you need to change
any other information, please contact our Tech Support team for a new
registration file/disk.
