Eligibility Flags and the End of the Year
Schedule Star has a way for you to track the paperwork you require from each student athlete. When you click on Students; in the lower left hand corner, you'll see three customizable check list items.
You can label these anything you need to by clicking on UTILITIES, then ELIGIBILITY SETTINGS.
At the end of the year, it is important that you reset these flags. To reset, click on UTILITIES, then SEASON UPDATES. This is the place where you reset the fields such as Physical, Health Info Sheet and Rule Sheet. You can also set them to "Active" or "Inactive" here.
ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE RESETTING.
Schedule Star has numerous options for helping you keep your eligibilities current. For more help, see our online User's Guide or your User's Guide binder,
page 111.

Mirror
Is next year's baseball schedule the same as this year's? Instead of reentering each event, try MIRROR. It is fast, easy, and gives you the option of swapping home/away.
ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE RUNNING MIRROR! In order to mirror, you must have used level and gender, as well as sport, when entering events to be mirrored.
To access the Mirror feature, click on UTILITIES, then MIRROR.
We recommend you mirror one sport at a time.
When you perform a mirror, events between the two dates shown will be copied to the corresponding days next year.
To mirror, select a gender/level/sport, check the "Swap place" box as necessary, then click OK to perform the mirror.
After mirroring a particular gender/level/sport combination, you should exit the Mirror utility and verify that the events mirrored properly.
For a complete explanation of this powerful tool, please see our online User's Guide or your User's Guide binder, page 99.
