•Rollover to next year - when will this year's juniors be next year's seniors?
•HighSchoolSports.Net links - maintain your links for next year

This is a list of all the year-end tasks we recommend you do to wrap up this year and prepare for next year. MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE EVERY ONE OF THESE PROCEDURES.
1) Archive your seniors and prepare your remaining students for their upcoming year. Click on UTILITIES, then SEMESTER UPDATES. Chose Year-End update.
2) Mirror your team schedules for next year. Click on UTILITIES, then MIRROR. Please do one sport at a time, making a back up between each mirror.
3) Reset Eligibility Flags. Click on UTILITIES, then ELIGIBILITY SETTINGS.
4) Archive this year's events. Click on UTILITIES, then BACKUP, then ARCHIVE EVENTS.

5) MAKE A BACKUP and take it home with you.

Our on-line User's Guide, Utilities Section and your User's Guide binder, page 93, have complete instructions.

August 1, 2003 is the day Schedule Star will default to next school year. Any reports that you print until then will show as this year's juniors as juniors, not as next year's seniors.
HighSchoolSports.Net will also default to the 2003/04 school year on August 1st. You can view next year's schedules by changing the season at the bottom of your "Today's Activity" page.

Your HighSchoolSports.Net links also need maintenance at this time. Your school's webmaster needs to be informed that the links back to your team's schedules need to be updated. This can be done at any point over the summer. For complete instructions, see
Linking to HighSchoolSports.Net. If your school's web site does not yet link back to HighSchoolSports.Net, this is a great time to get it set up.

Schedule Star is the premier athletic management tool.

MAKE A BACKUP before you leave for your summer vacation. TAKE IT HOME WITH YOU. That way, if any changes are made to your computer while you are out, you will know where to find your valuable data.

Need to print a list of games to send to an opposing school? Click on Print, then choose "Opponent Schedule".

HighSchoolSports.Net will change to the 2003/2004 school year on August 1st. You can see those schedules now by clicking on the "Season" button at the bottom of your school's page.

Schedule Star offers a large number of Tech Support Guides on our web site. They all require Acrobat Reader to view. Get this free from Adobe Acrobat Reader.
