Credit Cards - New payment option
Schedule Star users can now use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express to subscribe to Schedule Star or to purchase add-on features.
Go to Credit Card on the Schedule Star web site for a form that you can fill in on the screen. Please be sure to use the name and billing address that is for the card you are using. Fax the form with your order or invoice. We will shred it after we are finished with it and will not keep your credit card number on file.

Changing the Athletic Director's name
in Schedule Star is easy, but does need to be done by Tech Support. To start the process, go to the Registration Change Request and fill in the necessary information. A new registration will be emailed back to the email address provided within one day.
You can continue to use Schedule Star during this time.
This is also where you can request changes to your school's name or address.
If you need to change your phone number, fax number, or email, click on "Utilities" from the main menu of Schedule Star, then chose "Phone/EMail" in the lower right.
If the former Athletic Director used a Contract Signature, please call Tech Support for assistance to delete the old signature.

E-Letter Subscription
You can subscribe or unsubscribe by following the links provided at the bottom of each Schedule Star E- Letter. If you are getting more than one, have subscribed and are not getting, have unsubscribed and are still getting, or have any other comments, please send an email to Editor@ScheduleStar.com. We will take care of you right away. The E-Letter is on a summer schedule of every other week. We will resume weekly service in August. Thanks for your support.
