Networking Schedule Star
You can use Schedule Star on as many computers as you need. Schedule Star is fully networkable, with no additional fees.
Virtually all computers in schools are connected to a network. With a network, multiple Schedule Star users can simultaneously access Schedule Star in real time, meaning that when you change an event, it's immediately changed on the other users' desktops.
There are a number of different ways to install Schedule Star to a network. Which you use depends on your school's network setup. You will need to contact your network administrator to do the initial installation for you. Your Net Admin will need the Network Set Up Guide and the Schedule Star CD. There are important utilities on the CD that will make networking much easier.
You can also use Schedule Star on your home or other non-networked computer by using back ups. For complete instructions, also see our Network Set Up Guide.

Multiple of Copies of Reports
can be printed by choosing the option "Prompted" from the "Send To" line in the Print screen. When the printer prompt pops up, simply change the number of copies to how many you need.

Multiple of Copies of Contracts
can be printed in 2 different ways. If you usually need 2 or more copies of a contract, click on "Utilities", then "Edit Contract". You can set the default number for each type of contract. If you occasionally need more than one copy, you can change the number of copies on the printer screen when it pops up.
