The Coaches Directory
has a free form field that can be used to keep track of many details. For example, you can list what keys or key codes you have given to each coach, mention incidents, or note comments from parents. When you are ready to do a coach's evaluation, all of your information is available in one place.
Certifications, such as CPR or rules interpretation documents, can also be tracked. Schedule Star has already entered defaults of "CPR Certification" and "Coaching Principles". You can change these by clicking on "Coaches" from the main screen of Schedule Star, then "Checking Certifications". You can then highlight and type in a different certification to track. You can also change how often to check those certifications.

Printing a Coaches List
is done right from the Coaches Directory. You can just click on "Print List" to get all coaches, or click on "Report" to choose which coaches to print.

Schedule Star Now!
is our new collaborative scheduling solution. Currently available only in select areas, Schedule Star Now! will soon be released everywhere. Here is a taste of the new features: use from any computer, anywhere, with an internet connection; online contract submission; when your opponent enters a game with you, you get a screen asking if you want to enter the game into your schedule, eliminating extra data entry.
