- Making sure your students are eligible.
In the lower, right corner of
the Student Directory are three buttons for Physical,
Academic, and Other. These buttons must be checked "YES"
in
order for students to appear on your eligibility form.
You can set these buttons to be "YES" or "NO"
for all students. At the beginning of each season, click
on Utitlities, then Season
Updates. Here, you can set them as you need. For example,
you may want to set every student to "YES",
and then make individual students ineligible by clicking
on the appropriate "NO". |

•Printing
Certificates
You can print a variety of certificates for your teams.
To start, Click on Teams, then chose the team. When
the list of team participants appears, click on each
student and assign them an award. Next, click on Team
Reports andchose your certicate number. Then, print
2 or 3 certificates on plain paper to check how they
line up. We also suggest that you clean your printer
before you start printing so that your certificates
look their best. When you have completed these procedures,
then you are ready to print cerficates for your entire
team.
