•Your Event Notifier, as known as the "Flashing E", has
new timesaving features!
With the newest updates to the Event
Notifier, sharing events is easier than ever!
The new "GoTo" button will take you directly to
the event date. Since the Event Notifier screen is more
compact, you can see your calendar and check on events
that you may already have scheduled.
If you need to decline an event, the decline notice
will show in the Event Notifier, giving you and the
opposing school faster access to the information.
When a shared event is modified, the information will
show in the Event Notifier.

Practice Schedules is faster than ever!
With Schedule Star Now!'s
new
Quick-Click Practice Scheduling, you can enter an entire
season of practices with a few clicks. Click on Add,
then chose Practice for event type. After you chose
Sport, Level, and Gender, you can also specify a facility,
time, and any other recurring information. Then, just
click on the dates on the calendar. This puts each of
those dates into your schedule. |

Now!'s Quick-Click Event Scheduling, you can quickly
and easily enter days, weeks, months, or even years of
recurring events with just a few clicks.
When you use Schedule Star Now! to schedule
your school-wide events, you can track facilities usage,
as well as provide a single source for your school's
schedules. All of these events (except Personal) display
on
HighSchoolSports.Net, cutting down on calls into
your office.
Check it out by clicking on Add, then choosing
School, Personal, or Other as event type.
After you have entered an event date and time, click on
"Recurring" to see the options. Adding that week of
break or a year of adult education classes is only a few
clicks away!
