Update - It is Time!
When your first semester ends, be sure to do a Semester
Update. This will keep your students' semesters of
attendance correct for your Winter and Spring Eligibilities.
Start by clicking on Utilities, then Semester
Updates.
Confirm that the school year is correct, then click
on Semester. You will have to click through several
warning screens. Please read them! They are there to
protect your data.
If you did not do a semester update at the close of
your previous semester, or of you have any questions,
please call Customer Support at 800-258-8550. |

Directions can be put on HighSchoolSports.Net.
MapQuest directions are provided for your opponent school
or for the facility where the game will be held, but when
you need to customize directions, you can!
On the Add Event screen, click on Directions (near
Transportation). You can also add
custom directions in your Opponents directory.
The directions show on HighSchoolSports.Net as a little
road.
Facility directions are entered by clicking on Utilities,
then Edit Facilites. After you have entered an
address, you can click on Get Directions to check
it. |
•Your
Administrators' names will print on the bottom of reports.
To
update the names, click on Utilities, then
Setup Info. You can change the names and titles,
if you choose. The Principal's name MUST remain on the
second line in order for your contracts and eligibilities
to print properly.
Some schools add athletic department personnel, such
as an assistant or secretary. There is no need to add
the Athletic Director's name, as it is already there.
Just be sure the principal's name remains on the second
line.
