Your Schedule Star registration can only be
modified by Schedule Star. If you need to change the Athletic Director name or
any other information except for phone numbers and the e-mail field, please
use this form to request the changes. Please double check your information,
because it will appear on all reports.
The Athletic Director's home number will
print on all reports. If you prefer, this field may be left blank.
You will receive an e-mail letting you know
that your new login is activated.
If the previous Athletic Director had a
signature, it will be removed for you.
